PCWorld/Curries/Dixons are good, but go with someone who knows their stuff.
What sort of budget do you have and what uses do you want it for mostly?

Mostly what I do now
downloading American tv shows on mIRC and watching them (I'd probably use a separate big monitor or TV for that). Also playing FB games, chatting on here and general web browsing. No big online games or video editting or anything.
