Well the Self Employment route
Is terrifying. I've picked up some work but it's hard.

It's a blast though - I've not worked my mind or my personality so hard in years.

I'd thought about that
but the current domestic situation is not the perfect environment or mental place to be trying to do this, unfortunately.

I'm enjoying it
It's not paying the bills but I've only been trading for 21 days.

It's seat of yer pants stuff at the moment - I'm not a charming person but I've got to try and be.

Oddly I'm actually loving the selling bit.

I've been self-employed for nine years.
I don't make a living, but then again, I only put in about 16-20 hours a week. Basically I make enough that I don't need to work in a boring, soul-sucking job.

What do you do, b3th?

I sell crap on eBay
The only downside is that my house full of assorted detritus. And packing materials. And jiffy bags.

(, Tue 21 Jun 2011, 21:52, Reply)
also old toys, ornaments and cosmetics
and any other old shite I can find.

Where do you get your stock from?

Roota, innit?

I do a tad of ebay trading myself.
Primarily model railway stuff because I know the market.

If I could make it into my main business I would, but there's too many people out there now.

Bedtime for me.
