Hmm, difficult one
I tend to quite like the characters who are meant to be irritating, like Janice from Friends, she amuses the hell out of me.

Jeff & Lester from Chuck vary between amazing and fucking irritating, as does Morgan in the early series. Daisy in Bones winds me the fuck up, as does Clarence in Boston Legal.

Alt: I've never been as uncomfortable in a place as I was in a park in Hyson Green.
