In my defence, I used to read the Wire because it covered anything and everything rather than just quirky not-too-alternative white 6Music (or what would have been 6Music had 6Music existed back then),and stopped because they seemed to have forgotten about music altogether and seemed intent on drowning their readers in jargon.
