For dressing upI used to go to goth/fetish clubs and stuff and dress up a lot, not so much these days /old
It's actually a butchers apron that I adapted with some straps around the back, so basically if you have a jacket over it it looks like you have a chain-mail shirt on.

Oh, I know the onesI know people to have got a few and made them into a full mail shirt. It's very light but it always leaves grey dust all over you.

maybe a different compositionmine's quite heavy, and appears to be knitted from stainless steel, no dust.
