It's if you are employed by an employerwho operates under the principal civil service pension scheme. Bit of a bugger really.

If I happen to be placed with a PCSPS employer via an Agencythen they can't touch the money. An ex colleague did this, and it worked out fine for her, plus she was made permanent after ten months. Bingo.
