I'd also like to try korrean street food. There is a show I've been watching this week about an viatnese bloke with a semi australian accent who goes around viatnam making all sorts of delicious stuff... BUT, but, one thing he did which make me "=\" was to cut up a snake and eat it's still-beating heart, rather than humanly killing it first. AND THEN, and then, he got this squid and started cutting it up without killing it first =(
