It's already happening berk
I might have to join a gym the way things are going.

I'm now knocking on the door of 13 stone (and a bit), and this new weight has all gone on in the same place.

Why me? *sobs*

...because you eat crap and drink too much?
are you getting a man-gut?

I am getting a man-gut.
Thing is, I don't eat that much crap. The odd takeout aside, I'm good for my 5 a day.

I've not drunk that much either of late, which is how I've managed to get squiffy on less ale than usual of late.

I think the answer might lie in drinking vodka and slimline tonic.

Could be
although that's not very manly. But there are a lot of dead calories in a pint.

So you reckon I ought to stick to drinking pints and exercise the excess off?

(, Sat 16 Jul 2011, 20:12, Reply)
Naw.
drink whatever you like and exercise the excess off. It's that or stop taking your medication...

I'm not going to stop taking my meds. That would be daft.
I might join a gym. Go once, and then pay a years subscription.

Start running or cycling instead
it's free.
