You probs was going to spend those hours online or on the telly instead, and how many of those hours are you actually doing anything?... And there are the chances of having a meal that makes you smile and remember. There are chances of feeling satisfied at the pure creativity involved, of a hard work done right. There is a chance of pleasing someone you like or love. A story to tell friends no matter what the outcome,
