it's like people think the most important thing about a picture
is high contrast and sharpness, which is bollocks.
I heard someone put a Henry Cartier Bresson picture up on Flickr and it got flamed!

Yeah, well that's Flickr.
Re the sharpness, I still use Vaseline on Sky filters for portraits, to get soft focus.

I got really into pinhole cameras at one point.
I heard about a guy in Scotland who made one from a Wheelie Bin. He didn't have a car, and used transport it on the bus. What a star.
