Sounds like a right prick to me.
I bet when he was being interviewed he was all like "Oh hello, my name's Tony and I'm brilliant!" then they were all like "oh wow, we bet you are!" then he was all like "I think this company and I will be a perfect match and have a long fulfilling relationship!" and then everyone swooned, vomited in ecstasy and passed out.
