Congratulations!
Today there are lots of serious looking meetings going on, the kind that always makes me worry about my position in the company, despite the fact I've done nothing wrong this time!

The fact I've got £30 left to last me the month isn't helping either, a call to sister dearest tonight, methinks!

You could always sell your arse down the docks.

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:10, Reply)
No docks near here, and no-one would want to pay.

Canal?
Local park? Your old teachers?
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:12, Reply)
I don't live near my old teachers, no cottaging allowed on the canal (it's next to the marina by me)
And the local park is always deserted.

The perfect place to sell your buttockular virginity then.
Darth could give you a few tips, I'm sure.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:15, Reply)
I want nothing to do with Darth's tip.
PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY!

Plus it'd take ages to get all the glitter off your arse.

If you're talking rhyming slang, this sounds like a painful, yet fairly pointless operation.

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:22, Reply)
Nope.

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:33, Reply)
You are totally about to get sacked.
Sorry to be the bearer etc.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:11, Reply)
I know I won't get sacked, but there is talk of reshuffling in the company at the minute, which I really don't want to do.

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:12, Reply)
Given there's only 3 days left in the month
and most people get paid on friday, do you mean "I've got £30 to last tomorrow" ?
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:12, Reply)
No, I mean I got paid yesterday.
Due to fucking up royally last month, I'm screwed for cash.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:14, Reply)
Oh.
Hope you like Asda 9p noodles...
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:15, Reply)
Food isn't really too much of an issue, I've got enough (minus about £5 worth of ingredients) to last at least the next 2 weeks.
Everything else however, is an issue.

Walking to work should be fun though, it's not too bad.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:15, Reply)
I walk to work anyway.
Can't afford a car and I hate public transport. It's either full of screaming kids, absolute lunatics or fat sweaty mouth-breathers.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:17, Reply)
One of the lads I live with has offered to let me use his bike to get up here
So I'm considering that.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:18, Reply)
Sorted then.
It's quite civilised walking into work, anyway. Can't think of a better way to clear my head in the morning or evening.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:18, Reply)
I'm quite a fan of the so-hot-it's-almost-scalding shower in the morning.
Wakes me up in an instant.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:21, Reply)
Works for me too.
Although I'm thinking of knocking off the early morning cigarette, sometimes it leaves me so dizzy I'm almost unable to walk.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:22, Reply)
I'm kicking booze mostly now
Don't really have a choice either.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:23, Reply)
Well, not having enough cash will do that.

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:32, Reply)
Oh well
Aldi beans are fairly nutritious.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:15, Reply)
They're not too bad either, the best behind Heinz, I think.

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 13:16, Reply)
I concur.
