I'm getting old.
It's a bit cold where I am right now, and I just saw some teenage lass walking past wearing next to nothing. My first thought wasn't so much as "phwoar" as "Christ, she'll catch her death in that!".
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:34, 2 replies, latest was 15 years ago)
Been doing that since I was in my early 20s
Didn't/doesn't stop me being a perv though.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:35, Reply)
named so by chompy, no less

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:37, Reply)
The prev's perv *prouds*
although in fairness he called me creepy. Not that I noticed anyone leaping to my defence. *pouts*
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:39, Reply)
he kind of had a point...

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:40, Reply)
Oh bugger
*resolves to be less creepy from now on*

*sadface*
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:44, Reply)
hehe
it adds 'colour'
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:45, Reply)
If adding colour means being creepier than fucking Chompy
I'm going to be all grey from now on.

I said "grey" Monty, put it away.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:47, Reply)
chin up, buttercup

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:49, Reply)
I'm cheery enough.
But much as I tend to ignore Chompy on general principal, I do not wish to be creeping people out, so I shall reform. *determined face*
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:51, Reply)
oh, now I feel bad
it was 'creepy in a nice way'?
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:52, Reply)
Why would you feel bad?
and is there such a thing?

It's all good, one should learn from one's mistakes, I am fortunate in having many opportunities to learn stuff *happyface*
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:56, Reply)
OK now THAT'S
creepy

at least how I imagine it
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:58, Reply)
what the fuck?
What is? learning from mistakes?
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 15:02, Reply)
no
the happy face :)

It was, in my imagination, some forced rictus grin. OK, so that part may not have been your fault
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 15:03, Reply)
definitely not
And I actually meant it. Life may not have always gone as I would have wanted it too, but I have learned an awful lot over the years and fairly cheaply all things considered.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 15:06, Reply)
Is it's any consolation I ain't seen the offending link but I can't see you out creeping Darth

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:46, Reply)
Darth's not creepy
Camp as a row of tents, but not creepy. Thank for the support though, I knew I could count on you Rory *hugz*

In a terrifying echo of the parody
in an above subthread, I have just made myself another cup of tea and thought 'a biscuit would go nice with this'

being a grown up is hard
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:36, Reply)
Making your own biscuits, by comparison
is easy and rewarding *pats belly*
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:38, Reply)
Last time I did that (in an attempt to make myself look
brilliant when I had to run a meeting) they went all funny and people had to be pretend nice about them.

Also, my kitchen is covered in soil
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:39, Reply)
it's fucking easy
Flour, butter(or substitute) and sugar in a 3-2-1 ratio and then add whatever flavourings you like. May not make great biscuits but fit to dunk.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:41, Reply)
I don't think soil flavour would be good

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:46, Reply)
*continues not to ask what LOLwaki reason you have for having soil in your kitchen*

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:49, Reply)
There's a pair of shitty old pants under the fridge,
left there by Thrin'gorr the Magnificent, 3rd level paladin and part-time incontinent IT support worker.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:52, Reply)
Ha ha
I read this thinking it was Cavey's reply and wasn't overly surprised, this should tell you something.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:55, Reply)
I have become typecast?

(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:56, Reply)
Well come on
There are only 3 possible reasons why you wouldn't know a 3rd level Paladin:
1) They are all of much higher levels
2) You only associate with the bad guys
3) the system you play does not include paladins and/or levels

I'll admit I was a bit surprised that said pants had been there so long as I thought you were cleaner.
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:59, Reply)
3)
although I do know wowers.

You have underestimated my skankiness
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 15:02, Reply)
they're you pants, aren't they?
EEEEEeeeew!
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 15:04, Reply)
there's no lolwaki reason
there's just soil everywhere
(, Wed 27 Jul 2011, 14:53, Reply)
Hard in the boys' showers, maybe.
