we're actually all in the same mental hospital somewhere
hallucinating and this is the way they make us interact, through imaginary internet message boards.

*Hallucinates more boobies*
It's possible. I also think that brighter and or/more sensitive/artistic people probably have a higher rate of mentalness and this board attracts both.

I don't know TBH, some of my stuff was situational, like Monty's, combine that with an 'uppy downy' type of personality, and just generally not getting on with 90% of people due to being wierd and it can look a lot like depression.

Yes, but the trick is gaining the self confidence
to see/think that they are wrong and not you. I am helped by my fantastic egoism in this.

Self-esteem is key to so many emotional issues.
I honestly think mental health stuff should be taught to kids at a youngish age.

Definitly
Self esteem is the key, if there is one thing I have tried to instil in my child it is that he is and always will be fantastic.

The trouble is that as much as you can tell a kid that and it does help, they have to believe it for themselves
and in teens I reckon there's so much going on to reverse that belief that some people suffer immeasurably.

also true
but the teens eventually pass and things do tend to get better with time. I know I've calmed down a lot over the past 5-10 years.

Likewise, I wish I'd left depression in my twenties.

I sure hope the /talk kids

They already think we are autists, and we mostly are, but they are cunty autists, so fuck 'em.
