Almost alt:
I'm going to the hairdresser on Sat to do my colour. Should I just do the roots or should I go for a complete change? Should I cut it as well?

Go for something different.
I think you really suited the short hair.

I like it short very much
it's so easy. But I thought I'd leave it until I'm almost ready to give birth, as after that I won't have time for long hair anymore. TBH, I almost don't have the time now, so maybe I'll do it.

Should I go for a different colour too? I've had it black, blonde, red, orange... it has to be something that I can bring to work!

You suit the darker colour so maybe dark red.
Or a nice rich chocolate brown.

Sounds good
although everytime I've gone for dark (I loved the black) people said that I looked like I was dead and I should go for blonder.

make sure the hairdresser knows you are up the stick
some hairdyes cannot be used when you are pregnant. as you probably know, but thought i'd mention it!

No, I had no idea
I'm learning every day. Why is that?
(, Thu 28 Jul 2011, 14:34, Reply)
Might it have something the do with the ammonia that some of them contain?

(, Thu 28 Jul 2011, 14:44, Reply)
i have no idea
nor do i understand how it gets into your body. hang on, i'll google.

I hate this era of information we live in
Now I'm worried about the 2 times I changed colour in the last 5 months. There are so many dangerous things out there... how did my mother do, I don't know.
(, Thu 28 Jul 2011, 14:46, Reply)
Meh
As I've probably mentioned before, my own mother used to continue to enjoy the odd glass of red wine while she was carrying me, and I turned out just fine.

ORLY?

(, Thu 28 Jul 2011, 14:48, Reply)
No, Kingston.

(, Thu 28 Jul 2011, 14:49, Reply)
i'm sure it will be absolutely fine
it is a tiny amount so don't worry. same way a bit of alcohol will be fine, so long as it's only a small amount occasionally!

just make sure that the next one you use is safe for pregnant women, sorted.

Oh, well
Just one more thing. Luckily this will be over soon.
(, Thu 28 Jul 2011, 14:55, Reply)
No not black.
Brown or red.
