I worked in Lloyds twiceI'm not sure if you'll have heard of the 'Fish Philosophy' it's a whole thing about having fun at work.
By the time it reach Lloyds it meant that when someone blew a whistle we all had to do a mexican wave. Then the whistle was blown again. Outside of these times were had to be silent and got in trouble for talking.
I am NOT exaggerating :(
