I work for the public sector for a profitable contract, I went up against private companies in the last round of tendering. They pulled out when they found out they had to train their staff for dealing with vunerable adults and child protection, had to provide translation services, had to print large print and braile letters and wouldn't be immune from prosecution for deaths related to their service (health based) if they could accept that they would have won the contract.

on the understanding that the new "service supplier" can come in and replace something like the NHS (or whatever piece the private companies wnat to earn from). I don't agree with this approach or that it is possible, like you.
That isn't to say that we couldn't replace the whole fucking shebang with private healthcare which is paid for at the point of use and not free.

which is a better idea with less drastic consequences for our health. Have you seen the American system? It's designed to make rich people richer, if anyone gets medical treatment that's an unfortunate side-effect that they're working to eliminate.
