The only way to seek audiance with him, if he does chose to speak to you, you need to put on the finest clothing in the land, have a chattoux briand that has been aged for exactly 1 month*, and jump from center of the nearest bridge to the mouth of the river. The dragon who lives in the canal in venice is the only known salt-water dragon, they normally don't like it because it spoils the steak.

* This is problimatic because some months have 28, 30 or 31 days. It's a month with 30 days you want.

Oh, I forgot, you need to time your jump so your big toe hits the water at exactly on the first microsecond of the first second of the day.
