I made mushroom burgers for a veggie friend last weekend and they were really tasty, I was shocked. Still can't convince Wiggy to try one though.

When I was veggie a few years ago I had a veggie burger from one of the vans
and it was so awesome all my meat eating friends went down to get one as well. Minor victory!

the best thing was that the piece of fillet came as part of a big shipment of beef
my brother's mate slaughtered one of their cows and I got 1/24 of top quality beef for about £3 a kilo.
Having a pie made of the stewing steak tonight.
