MehHe probably does, but some bits sound familiar. Delayed onset, then it being very bad - possibly after some trigger. Mine started hurting during a pool game the day after the thing that probably caused it, but didn't get really bad until later that day. All I'm saying is "Take care for a little while, or it might get worse".
