As a man obsessed with the world of sausages I have to say I'm not overkeen on chorizo.As a cooking ingredient it's OK but it's too paprika-ey, on the whole. A man once told me that cooking it in coca-cola is incredible - but I can personally vouch for cooking it in port. That's excellent.
I can think of a million and one other sausages I'd choose over it, though.
