I just looked up lobster farms.
Apparently they eat each other making high density farming a problem.

Yeah', that's totally true.
They've very aggresive, and often inside the lobster-pots you'll find they've killed each other.

I think on pay-day this month I'm going to buy a lobster and cook it for dinner.
