Mme Poulet is very pleased with herself...
...she's taking up running again and is doing pretty well at it. Nuggets 1 & 2 are in bed, no doubt waiting for us to go out so that they can wank themselves Japanese in an empty house whilst watching "Hollyoaks" on Sky +.
