I'm sadly missing a curry cook-off tonight
I'm watching the football tomorrow, then that's about it. What a joyous life I lead.

Alt: France, the people were ruder than anywhere else I've been.

On the upside, I'm looking at buying my train ticket for the bash next weekend. Price is currently £35 for a return, hopefully it'll stay about that price.

That's not too bad, actually.

Aye, I know
I'm planning on getting the train down fairly early on Saturday, but aside from that I've no idea what I'll be doing before the evening.

Am considering a museum, but don't really know where I'd be able to go.

Have you been to that there London before?

Years back
Never on my own. I simply mean I'm not sure where I'd be able to go without getting completely fucking lost, and being hideously late to the bash.

If you've got a smartphone and google maps, you can get anywhere.

This is what I'm thinking, but with a bit of planning ahead

I fear I may be with my daughter or fannying about with records etc
or I'd gladly take you to see some shit.

Museum of London is excellent and in the right part of town-ish...
