Panasonic have stopped making them now, but you can get SL1210s easily on eBay. Pioneer and Allen & Heath make the best mixers.

Just learn to slip cue and use the pitch. Decent heidphones are a must as well.

And I am by no means a massive junglist. But I have huge respect for jungle DJs, it is a nightmare to mix.
