It's the best place in the world bar none.
Consider yourself unfortunate that you weren't lucky enough to be born here. I used to take it for granted, but no more. It's mint.

Brixton? I would hate to live there, it would be like being at school getting mugged for dinner money every day of my life....
... except instead of being mugged for lunch money, they'll stab me up and take all my wages.

I meant London in general, but...
...I love Brixton. Yes there are certain parts of it where if you take a wrong turn you're in, to put it mildly, 'shady territory', but there are so many decent bars, restaurants and clubs that I really like the place.

There are lots of places with decent bars and resturants and clubs without fear of 90% of the people around you.

I have never been in fear of anyone when I've been there.
And I've walked round the backstreets at four in the morning trying to find a minicab office on more than one occasion. When I first ever went there when I was about fourteen to go to a gig at the Academy, I'll admit I was shitting myself. But that was just from being told the place was a hell hole. Saw it for myself and it's fine as long as you're not an idiot. Becoming quite 'trendy' now as well.

I loved it, I can imagine it's quite sketchy if you're a resident but fuck me
What a cool place.
