I've been scrubbing out my downstairs wetroom today (oo-er Mrs!) and I have a free set of aching muscles.

Alt: I'm gettimng ready for a nice post-prandial nap, I think. Then going to pick up the dog from playschool.

Alt 2: been to Subway. mr b3th held up the queue for ages. Old people shouldn't be allowed to join queues unless they know exactly what they're doing and what they want.
