I wonder if there is a market to have someone come into your home, cook a good meal (pre-arranged, so it's not a 'menu' exactly), and leave once the meal is done.

Hah, nah', bones being the only thing you don't have isn't picky.
I reckon everyone has something that most people eat that they refuse, like I won't eat tinned tuna and would never chose tuna in general.
