I have achieved nothing at all
starting some tidying in a minute though. And got back on the diet wagon.

He plants an orange seed
and makes a miniature tree with real oranges grow.

I've done well on the diet today.
Porridge, kidney beans and tuna, caesar salad, tin of tuna and a bowl of bran flakes. In that order because I'm an oddball.

My money is on you having to scrub your toilet clean at least 4 times a day with that sort of diet.

This food pattern doesn't occur on a regular basis.
I'm too weak willed. I might cheat and buy and neck a load of clenbuterol until I'm ten stone.

I was tempted by porridge
but not sure about the taste. Today has been carrots, french onion soup and a custard cream.

And you're not starving?
It's not what I eat for me, it's the volume. Even though I chain smoke and drink a pint of water every ten minutes I'm never not hungry.

It depends from day to day
there's some days I just have a raging hunger and that's tough because you just eat salad to fill yourself up and still feel hungry. The weekend made me realise I can't have days off because it's so difficult to pick it up again.

Cos I'm at home I've got shit loads of things to eat.
Like I say I never touch any rubbish I just eat too much. I'm banking on the weight dropping off me when I go back to uni. Only because all I do for food (and I'm serious here) is order 100 tins of tuna and 100 tins of kidney beans from Sainsburys on line. Then when they run out order more.

That would make me ill
those are two of the most horrible foods. I've found that eating sauce, instead of sauce with stuff helps.

That's a dangerous game to play Amberl.
It'll soon ketchup with you.

But sauce is more fattening than some of the stuff you'd put it on.

Use the low fat ones. But even they have shitloads of sugar in.
And don't even think about eating pasta you loon. I put vinegar on almost everything instead, it makes a salad amazing.

Branston Chilli and jalapeno sauce
pretty much goes on most things. Vinegar = ace. Cut down on the crazy water intake though

To be honest as long as you don't take in too much sugar and stick to a low amount of calories a day you should be fine.
I aim for 1200 calories a day, most days I reckon it's about 1500. Today I'm on 1100ish I think.
