Technically Gonz, it's about 8 individual scores on the football.

I felt well sorry for Jenkinson yesterday.
Then I realised he's a year younger than me (I hate that because it makes me realise even more than I'm probably never going to be a professional footballer) and used to play for Charlton. So fuck him.

Also, age is no excuse for anything
the average age of the two sides was identical.

it's always fun to see
what your age means you can no longer be

Given almost all professional footballers of my age have retired now
I reckon I'm pretty much certain to not make the grade.

The fact that I couldn't have ever given less of a flying shit about playing football for a living might, however, have been more of a factor.

Woh', ohhhhh, I get it, it's a joke.
lots of people have worked lots of jobs before they got where they want to be. Most machallin star chefs have washed pans in shit restaurants while they learn their trade. Alan Sugar started out on a Market stool, doesn't mean he can't run Amstrad

Jesus, one bad day and your fans want your head.
the other day I accidentally deleted the weekend's anylitical data, it's one thing getting a "please don't do that again", it's quite another that 100000s of people now think I'm worth actually murdering.

well, he demonstrably couldn't run Amstrad.
He just happened to get extremely lucky that even the most rubbish version of something can sell if everyone wants a bit of that something. Coming third in a two-horse business race is not really something he should be proud of.
