I'm glad my plague waned quicker than yours, It caught up with me at the end of my 9.4miles run this morning.

Sorry, did I mention I was running a half marathon in 2 weeks?

Hope you're feeling better!

9.4?
Why didn't you run round the block a couple of times to round it up to 10?

I was cold, I felt sick
and my legs were a little bit tired and in agony.

running is stupid
why would you run at all?
(, Mon 29 Aug 2011, 20:19, Reply)

Much better now thanks. You might have mentioned it a couple of times. How's your knee holding up?

Much better
My current weakest link is the bones at the top of my shins, but I think I will cope with the half marathon that I'm running in 2 weeks time.

I love that X-ray picture you posted.

So do I :) We never get terribly amusing ones at work, so I swiped it off a vet forum I use
Also, excellent! Glad to hear it
