I had a scotch egg the other day
that had gone off in such a weird way that the white had split into thick papery sheets that looked like when you cut into an artichoke.

I feel a bit sick just thinking of it actually.

it came from Cafe Quattro on York Road opposite the Shell Building. So don't ever eat there.

There is a bloke on FoodNetwork that showed me the recipy for that, on one of those little "inbetween shows" shows.
