Hmm, as a teacher?

likethat was totally the joke SC! CATCH YOURSELF ON
Best: include moving to local comp and forging some great friendships.
Last day of term when leaving first placement and getting cards and pressies and all the little ones being super sweet.

Worst: Being expelled from Clifton was shit. Having to to report a sexual assault between two 6 yr olds to the teacher and head was pretty horrendous.

I was simply prompting for more info
Mrs Cow keeps all the hand-made cards she gets from the kids

6 year old sexual assault? WTF?

It was my second week in the classroom, and the SEN kid grabs one of the girls between the legs and
won't let go. She comes over to me and tells me what has happened and I really didn't know what to do, I mean I knew all the protocal but still what do you say to the kid? It got sorted in the end but I had to fill in loads of forms and meet the head and teacher to give a statement. Talk about uncomfortable.

Sexy sexy SEN kids

SEN kids tend to do this a fair bit as they don't know the boundaries.
The missus has worked with a fair few SEN kids, mostly autistic, and reckons they're worse than a bunch of wanking chimps.

Mrs Cow has a class with 8 SEN kids out of 17 to teach for 4 hours a week

Christ, that's a lot for one class.
Do they all have appropriate support? I hope it's not just one poor sod that has to deal with them all.

It is

I spent some time in the SEN centre whilst on placement and as enjoyable as it could be
it was mainly horrendous, heartbreaking and fucking confusing.

Autism is the missus' passion.
She loves working with them. Although her last job involved being a class full of them (various types of SEN, not just autistic), and some of them were very severe, no speech, no toilet training, nothing. She was regularly attacked, and usually covered in bruises and scratches. I'd get people looking at me on the street if she went out in a vest top in the summer, thinking I'd fucking done it, when it was a crazed five year old.

I find it quite amusing when they try and hurt me, but I imagine as a 'lady' it must
be quite difficult sometimes.

It's not so much the being female bit, it's the suddenness and viciousness of the attacks.
She been bitten, spat on, kicked, punched, headbutted and scratched in the past. And all for minimum wage... thankfully she does one to one stuff now and the kid she's had for the last year is very high functioning and pleasant, although the hormones haven't kicked in yet so that could well change...
