I don't see the point in that, why do you drink ribena more quickly than wine? Because it tastes nicer.
Ergo, just have ribeena instead, and if you want to get drunk, then add some vodka or whatever to it.

No, you drink Ribena because it's nicer than water.
Ribena doesn't taste nicer than wine. You drink it more quickly because it doesn't have any alcohol in it and you're therefore less likely to fall over and vomit.

also, soft drinks are for quenching thirst a lot of the time

I use beer for that.

It's naturally to want to consume as much of something you find pleasent than something you don't.
If you didn't get drunk on alchole, you still would sip wine rather than drink it, because the taste isn't as pleasureable to ribeena.... the fact that you have quite a few swallows of ribeena between each putting-it-to-your-mouth is indictive of wanting to consume more; ergo, it's nicer tasting.

wine isn't less pleasurable
it's different. you savour the taste in a completely different way.

I think Ribena is shit

Well any kind of cordial that you like then.
My gawd, are you really so autistic that you can't work out a point because of your personal preference to something that ovbously could be veriable?
(, Thu 8 Sep 2011, 13:56, Reply)
my point had nothing to with yours
I was just stating that I don't like Ribena. Are you so autistic that you can't deal with more than one point at a time?

I'm sorry if I assumed a direct semi-relivent reply to something I say is related to what I said,
I thought that was usually how conversation works, but I guess I could be wrong.
(, Thu 8 Sep 2011, 14:07, Reply)
that's fine
but don't just dive straight in to assuming I'm being stupid

and it was related. It was talking about Ribena.
