is a runner dying in the Bristol Half Marathon. Presumably not Al unless he is posting from beyond the grave

We did see a few people having their legs held above their heads.
And I did have to lie down shortly after crossing the line. I believe it's what is known as "hitting the wall" a term I had previously believed to be one of those things runners make up as an excuse.
