Better than the one in cockfosters?
I needed to check out the sainsburies 'cus if I was gonna live there, I needed to know if they sale Yop (they do, two flavours, proper sized bottles).

Tell me what life is like in East/New Barnet. I found one place, two bedroom, £130k, I donno what's wrong with it but it's above a shop... what's wrong with this place?

I figure even if it's lease is like only a year, you can extend it for £50k by enough, and it would leave loads to do it up AMAZINGLy.

Can you really be bothered with doing it up that much? And would the money you invested in doing it up be reflected in how much you could sell it for?

Hmmmm, it's above an indian takeaway
So it might smell, the main road is a bit busy, but you're five minutes from the station and there is a budgens 2 mins away and an all you can eat chinese which our friend says is really good
