I use Thunderbird for my personal mail account
but if I were a business user I wouldn't be able to put up with it's limitations.

I'm sure it's down to me not needing to use it very much and therfore not bothering to learn how it works
but I just find it harder to use and for some reason it appears to have eaten my archive of old messages, fortunately they were just calender reminders.

That said, I've just discovered that you can export messages as individual files
rather than relying on Outlooks annoying .pst format.

Hmmmm, this might require looking into further.
