If it was under offerI'd expect the website to be updated, at least. Do they have more than one branch? You could try phoning a different branch to enquire if there are any offers in on the property.

Another offer and "under offer" are different thingsOffers are tentative bids - under offer implies that a bid has been made but is not necessarily to the owners satisfaction, a bit like the auctioneers "any advance on...?"
Rarely used these days.
