Lost 6 or 7 pounds in two weeks apparantly

You can't lose more than about 3 or 4 pounds a week though
so she is entirely right. Anything more than that is loss through dehydration and will always go back on again, unless you die.

That is a pretty good rate of weight loss, and it mostly likely will slow somewhat after that first fortnight, but you're on course to lose a stone in a month, which would be superb going
