Here's the score kids
As alluded to above, I have no work at all booked for the coming week, and being self employed that's a bit shite.

On the other hand the forecast is splendid.

Is this good or bad? I need to know whether to feel smug or worried.

I'd be a bit smug and a bit worried.
Spend the mornings looking for work and the afternoons sitting in the garden.

Never cold call in the morning. Afternoons looking for work.

Or I might just give myself a week off BECAUSE I CAN!
