When I used to work at WHSmiths at Christmas
we had some total loon come in, trying to return a diary that had not only been partly filled in and had no barcode but wasn't actually WHSmith stock, I think it had come from Rymans. She got more and more angry as I refused to give her a refund as I a) had no way of scanning it in as it had no barcode b) it had been used and c) wasn't even from the bloody shop. It culminated in her calling me all the cunts under the sun, flinging the diary at my head and storming out of the shop. She left her bag on the counter, had to storm back in for it, and on stomping back outside slipped on some ice and broke her ankle. Oh how I lolled.

For those who have no attention span: stupid cunt is stupid, breaks ankle.
