Those last two aren't played on a piano.They are played on a disklavier, with a sequencer rather than keys responsible for controlling the movement. The inside was also miked up so that the hammers can be heard.

Indeed.A modern version of those pianos controlled with a roll of paper. You know the ones I mean.
