It's used loads in composition in art
erm...I feel I should know something interesting...I crocheted a hyperbolic plane a while ago. That is, an object which has continuous negative curvature (all the bits of it curve in two different directions, like the inside curve of a banana)

Either that or I can do a potted history of the beginnings of photography, but I suspect no one cares

I've been watchin Mark 'Fuck Me, He's Tedious' Cousins' history of film
So now feeling suitably pseudy about film history.

And I know a fair bit about the history of Formula 1. I make no claims toward anything remotely interesting.

Michael Schumacher was given his first drive at the Belgian Grand Prix in 1991
by Eddie Jordan after his normal driver, Thierry Boutsen was arrested for pepper spraying a taxi driver.

How's that?
