Hello new person.
I would have joined in earlier but I've been busy filling in a job application. I haven't finished yet, but am having a rest and a beer because I've got to the bit where you have to explain to the potential employers how you're utterly fantastic and stuff and why they should give you the job. The deadline's not until the 14th, so I've got a bit of time, plus I also want to consider my responses in a measured manner.

Do you like fish?

Is that one of the questions on the application?
I know we're in a buyer's market, but still, that's a bit weird.

No, I just thought I'd put it out there and see if I got a response.
I'm nearly finished my beer, but there's another one in the fridge.

Talking of applications....
I'll have another look at your C.V a bit later.

Possibly whilst watching Spain win.

Hello Davros' Granddad.
Is your grandson the kebab-shop guy who says "Hello everybodypeeps!"
(, Tue 11 Oct 2011, 18:35, Reply)
No, fortunately in real life I don't have Grandchildren.
I don't even have children (well, technically I have a stepchild, but none of my own). Which is surprising seeing as I am a 40 year old, currently unemployed northern bloke. By rights I should have great grandchildren by now and be appearing weekly in the Daily Mail as a symbol of broken Britain.
