because I stayed up to watch 'Fresh Meat' which finishes at 10.50. That's how rock and roll I am.

Hmm tricky one
Premeditated attacks are frowned upon because of the clear intent involved. However doing a "Michael Ryan" has a couple of issues in that you appear to pose a continuous threat to the public and therefore would struggle to get probation. Also, it is more likely to result in your own death either by your own hand or by an over-excited policeman.
So I guess if you pick your victims carefully and have a specific motive it will be easier for you to be rehabilitated and no longer be considered a threat to the wider public. You're still looking at quite a stretch inside though.

I woke up feelin' good today, had a wicked dream about waterslides and sky scrapers.
Didn't have any real stomach or anxiety problems this morning so I'm just coming too a little bit then making myself into work.... been working from home for the last couple of days and did totally-amazingly-awesome-pleasing-clever work that the bosses are well pleased about.

I usually wake up feeling like crap anyway so I've got nothing to judge it against. Did I forget to mention I'm up to 7th in the FF league? If I did I'll be sure to mention it again later.
