I am grateful to other people's hats when they shade me from the sunhowever the only hats I own are of the grey, knitted beanie variety only for use in urgent need in winter.

You are a girl and can thus rely on a supply of borrowed hats from weak-minded men-folks.I may need to review my winter hat situation, for while I have a couple of wooly hats none are what you might call 'snazzy'.

I have many fine scarves.Hats less so. I do hope it snows again so I can get the most out of my winter wardrobe.

Poor Ambers.My head is large, but not freakishly so, so I can fit into the large end of normal sizes, as with most things.
