Before I took redundancy I have been unemployed for a total of about six weeks.So hopefully I don't think this will be a conclusion prospective employers will jump to. Hopefully...

I haven't though.Went through a fairly tortuous career progression for about eleven years, then decided I wanted a change in direction, took a demotion to go and work for another organisation (technically speaking although the pay stayed the same) and worked my way back up again.
