But when I do it scares people. I don't think I've been angry about anything today - a little narked at my boss, but nothing major.

but it's a dull answer I've bored people with enough on here. Stop reading if you've heard this shit before
when I found out about my husband cheating. I broke lots of his games workshop/star wars/magic the gathering cards/comics and spent much of the afternoon smashing his many empty beer bottles on the kitchen floor. I also did a whole lot of using the internet to tell people what he'd done to destroy his reputation a bit. Oh and contact the bitch in question.

I know I was scary because I'm sure at one point he thought I was going to push him down the stairs and looked genuinely terrified. I'm pretty chilled the rest of the time

Unless you want it on your chest, maybe it'd be some kind of support or augmentation, I don't know.
