Our youngest granddaughter is a proper mental ski nut.
She does all the hardest runs. It probably helps that she's completely fearless.

I wish I'd learnt as a kid
when you see 7 and 8 year olds hammering down anything. No fear, and balance is much easier for them. A few years ago I was overtaken on the Hahnenkamm by a crocodile of toddlers at full pelt in a lesson. On the Hahnenkamm. For the love of fuck.

My brother is a boarder
I VERY occasionally envy him off-piste (especially if there is a crust on), or in a snowpark, or if you're climbing something... but then I snap out of it.
