S'what the docs said when I took it to them
stuff like only using your bedroom for sleep, not drinking coffee after midday, eating at sensible times, taking relaxing baths before bed and such, mostly fairly obvious and mostly stuff I do when I feel like it, but lack of discipline and routine means it often does not happen.

I have no bath, only a shower.
Substitute a joint for a whisky an I follow 2/3rds of his advice most nights.
